Amazon is seeking a Sr. Finance Analyst to join the Finance Team supporting the Human Resources teams (now renamed as People Experience and Technology). This position will work closely with finance management as well as key business partners which deliver frustration-free HR support to Amazon employees. Key job responsibilities
- Participate in Amazon's close, forecast, and annual operating plan processes
- Partner with the business teams, to provide cost trends, Headcount management, business and financial metrics, defect elimination and productivity and variance to plan
- Drive insight into monthly reporting (Headcount, OpEx, Metrics)
- perform financial and ad hoc analyses using advanced Excel functionality and providing recommendations based on results
- Build and maintain partnerships with other financial teams.
